Users set up an account, enter their financial details and get advice/guidance about dealing with their debts. There are a number of trigger questions with in the system (e.g. ‘have you received court papers’). If a user answers ‘yes’ to one of these the system says ‘my money steps can’t help you – please seek specialist advice’ Would be interested in an active promotion of this resource in your settings.
